Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Social Team, an API and MCP-first social scheduling service operated by Ali Abassi. By using AI Social Team, you agree to these Terms.

Using AI Social Team

You may use AI Social Team only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your sign-in email, API keys, agents, connected social accounts, scheduled content, and the instructions you give AI Social Team. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, mislead others, send spam, evade platform controls, or interfere with the service.

Plans and billing

AI Social Team currently advertises Solo ($10/month for one connected account), Studio ($30/month for up to ten connected accounts), and Network ($100/month for unlimited connected accounts). Account limits are enforced by the service. Checkout is not enabled during the private beta, so no payment is due unless and until AI Social Team presents an active checkout flow and any applicable billing terms.

Connected platforms and posting

AI Social Team connects to third-party platforms only after you approve the relevant OAuth consent flow. Your use of X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and any other connected platform remains subject to that platform's rules and technical limits. A scheduled delivery is an instruction to attempt a delivery; it is not a guarantee that a platform will accept, display, or retain the content.

TikTok delivery defaults to an editable creator-inbox draft. Direct TikTok publishing is opt-in, may require platform review, and may not be available for every account or application.

Service availability

AI Social Team depends on third-party APIs, account permissions, and network services. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, comply with platform requirements, or address suspected misuse.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant AI Social Team the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for AI Social Team to handle the content and publish it to the destinations you select.

Disclaimers and liability

AI Social Team is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or platform-approved operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Social Team and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or a third-party platform.

Changes and contact
