AI Social Team is an API and MCP-first social scheduling service operated by Ali Abassi. This policy explains the information AI Social Team processes when you use it.

Information AI Social Team processes

AI Social Team processes the information needed to connect, schedule, and deliver content for the social accounts you authorize. This can include:

• account identifiers, handles, profile details, and permission scopes returned by a connected platform;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to act on your instruction;
• post text, media files, delivery settings, scheduled times, and platform-specific variants;
• delivery receipts, error details, audit events, and API-key usage data needed to operate and secure the service;
• your sign-in email address, acceptance time for these Terms, and a hashed browser-session identifier; and
• short-lived, hashed abuse-protection and magic-link records. AI Social Team applies rate limits to sign-in requests and may enable Cloudflare Turnstile as the service scales.

How AI Social Team uses information

AI Social Team uses this information to provide the service: connect an account you approve, store and schedule content, deliver a post or TikTok draft when instructed, diagnose delivery failures, enforce account limits, and protect the service from misuse. AI Social Team does not use your connected-account tokens or scheduled content for advertising.

Where information is stored and shared

AI Social Team uses Cloudflare infrastructure to operate its application, database, queues, and media storage. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. When you explicitly schedule or publish content, AI Social Team sends the necessary content and authorization to the selected social platform, such as X or TikTok. Those platforms process the data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and your controls

AI Social Team keeps connection and delivery data while it is needed to operate your workspace. Magic links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Browser sessions expire after 30 days unless signed out or revoked. Disconnecting a social account erases AI Social Team's locally stored OAuth tokens for that connection. You can request deletion of other workspace data, including uploaded media and scheduling records, by emailing aliabassi1@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Security

AI Social Team uses reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect service data, including encrypted OAuth-token storage, one-time magic links, HttpOnly secure session cookies, abuse controls, and scoped API authentication. No service can guarantee absolute security; please keep your API keys and connected-platform credentials confidential.

Payments

Checkout is not enabled in the current private beta. AI Social Team does not collect payment-card information until a payment provider is connected and this policy is updated.

Children

AI Social Team is not designed for children. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to use the connected social platforms under their applicable rules.
